Q1: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are an ISO9001-certified source factory located in Dongguan, China. We specialize in the design, mold tooling, and mass manufacturing of custom decorative lighting, motion liquid lamps, and ambient sensory lights with end-to-end OEM and ODM support.
Q2: Do you have in-house R&D and custom mold engineering capabilities?
A: Yes. Our in-house engineering team supports 3D industrial design, DFM analysis, precision mold tooling, SMT circuit design, and proprietary non-toxic liquid formulation for liquid motion lamps.
2. Orders, MOQs & Production Timelines
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We have no MOQ requirement for prototype evaluation samples. For custom mass production orders, our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per model. For bespoke mold tooling (new glass/base designs), MOQ starts from 1,000–3,000 pcs with flexible tiered support for growing brands.
Q4: What is your sample and mass production lead time?
A:
- Samples: 3–7 business days for existing models with custom colors; 10–14 days for custom-tooled prototypes.
- Mass Production: 30–40 business days depending on order volume and customization specifications.
3. Quality, Safety & Global Compliance
Q5: What safety certifications do your lighting products meet?
A: All our products are engineered to comply with major international standards: CE (EN 60598-2-4), RoHS 2.0, REACH SVHC, UL 153 / UL 588, FCC Part 15, and California Prop 65. We provide official 16-section SDS/MSDS reports for all liquid components.
Q6: What warranty and quality assurance do you offer?
A: We perform 100% full electrical aging burn-in tests and AQL 0.65 Major / 1.0 Minor pre-shipment inspections. We offer a 12-month quality guarantee from the shipment date with dedicated after-sales support.
4. Shipping, Packaging & Commercial Terms
Q7: What are your accepted payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal (for sample fees). Standard production terms are a 30% advance deposit to initiate production, with the 70% balance payable against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy or before final dispatch.
Q8: How do you handle international shipping for liquid-filled lamps?
A: Ocean freight (FCL/LCL) is the safest and most economical method for motion lamps containing liquid and glass. We provide certified Sea Freight Identification Reports and ISTA-compliant drop-tested packaging suitable for Amazon FBA and retail distribution. Express air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is available for urgent samples.
Q9: Can you provide private labeling and custom packaging?
A: Absolutely. We provide turnkey private labeling—including custom Pantone painted finishes, laser-etched logos, bespoke 3-ply mail-order gift boxes, barcode labeling, and customized user manuals.
